Job summary

The Center at Arrowhead is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care on the Night Shift at our Glendale, AZ facility. The role requires adherence to federal, state, and local standards and collaboration with the Nursing Director and on-site teams.

This position offers full-time/part-time hours, a night-shift schedule (6PM–6AM) with a $2,500 bonus and opportunities for professional growth within our 96-bed skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona with current CPR/BLS certifications.
• Fingerprint clearance is required as part of the background check.
• Ability to provide direct nursing care and collaborate with physicians and nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Inform nursing staff of new admissions and room assignments.
• Greet new residents and orient them and their families.
• Conduct rounds with physicians and coordinate orders and therapies.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify patient identity.
• Document care and chart nursing notes accurately and timely.
