Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC invites an experienced registered nurse to join a regional float team delivering care across several hospital units, including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU. You will apply clinical assessment and critical thinking to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adults and the elderly.

Requirements include RN licensure with at least 1 year Med/Surg bedside experience and 2 years in critical care, plus BLS and ACLS for critical care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required with bedside experience: Med/Surg 1 year minimum, ICU 2 years preferred.
• BLS mandatory; ACLS for critical care.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with standards.
• Provide individualized care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Work within a regional float nursing team across multiple hospitals and units (Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU).
