Job summary

Reid Health is seeking an RN for the Float North 0111 Float Pool, night shift, 36 hours per week, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. The RN must hold an Indiana license and maintain BLS competence after training, delivering safe patient care across units.

This role requires teamwork, compassion, and effective communication with staff, physicians, patients and families, with a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction and safety in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold Indiana RN license.
• Associates, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification: maintain competency after training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain BLS competence after initial training.
