Job summary

Reid Health in Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSN to join our Orthopedic unit on the 4 North floor. This night shift role covers 36 hours per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and requires Indiana RN licensure and patient-centered care.

The RN will maintain BLS competence, work collaboratively with staff and physicians, and uphold our values of Excellence, Empathy, Integrity and Accountability while focusing on patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Registered Nurse license.
• BSN or higher degree in nursing.
• Willingness to work night shift on a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care based on specialized knowledge and judgment.
• Maintain BLS competency after initial training.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians and departments to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate empathetic communication with patients and families and uphold Reid Health values.
