UC Health is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med Surg Float Pool on the Night Shift at West Chester Hospital in West Chester, OH. The Float Pool Nurse supports Med Surg Units and Level III Trauma Center with high-quality patient care; a $10 premium pay is added to base salary.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required (minimum).
• Current Ohio RN License (OH) is required.
• BSN preferred.
• 2 years of Critical Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care per standards of practice in Med Surg Float Pool.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Documents assessment, care plans, and outcomes accurately.
• Responds to Code Blue and Rapid Response as needed.
• Mentors float staff and supports unit operations.
