Responsibilities

• Performs professional nursing care following physician orders.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to plan of care.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Supervise/assist lower level staff or processes as assigned.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
