Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, ID seeks a Temporary Registered Nurse for the Clinical Support Team (Float Pool) at our Level II Trauma Center. This 7:00 pm to 7:30 am shift operates with self-scheduling and does not float to other Saint Alphonsus sites.

You will provide hands-on patient care, educate patients, and develop care plans while collaborating with a skilled team. Relocation assistance and a housing stipend are available depending on location.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Idaho.
• Certification: American Heart Association BLS/HCP at date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care across general medical/surgical, ortho, neuro, post-partum and telemetry units.
• Educate patients and develop care plans based on individual needs.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate plan of care to the team.
• Perform comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments and safe operation of care equipment.
