Mission Pines Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the Thursday-Saturday NOC shift (6pm-6am) to join our dedicated team. You will administer medications, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and document patient progress for our residents.

- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and document patient progress
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Follow established policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective care
