Baptist Health in Louisville, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This full-time position participates in patient care for neonatal to geriatric populations during 3rd shift (7pm–7am) and supports a fast-paced ED environment.

You will work with a team of providers, RNs and techs, following unit-based governance to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and continuous professional development.

Formación

• Active Kentucky RN license.
• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• NIHSS training/competency required.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (7pm–7am).
• Emergency department experience preferred but not mandatory for new grads.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and develop a plan of care.
• Provide care according to policy and procedure.
• Evaluate patient response to interventions.
• Demonstrate organizational and leadership skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
