Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our fast-paced Emergency Department. The unit has 32 beds in four pods plus nine beds in the CDU, staffed with a provider, two RNs and one tech per pod.

This full-time role offers 3x12 hour night shifts (7 pm–7 am) and a strong orientation. We are recognized by the American Heart Association as a STEMI receiving center and a Primary Stroke Center.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky License to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN required, except as noted (grandfathered hires described in policy).
• BCLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required for ED practice.
• BSN remains the preferred degree for new hires and transition timelines are defined in policy.
