Job summary
AdventHealth Davenport seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a busy unit. You will conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective outcomes.
Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), Florida RN license, and experience in ED, CCU, or acute care. Night shifts, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. Cerner EMR and EPIC experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing (RN) and licensure in Florida.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience in ED/CCU/Acute Care is desirable.
- Knowledge of Cerner EMR and EPIC systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and gather data.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families about conditions and care.
- Document care activities accurately in the EMR.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff.
