Job summary

AdventHealth in Davenport, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN night shifts to deliver high-quality patient care in a busy unit. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and document in EMR.

Requires Associate's degree in Nursing, Florida RN license, and BLS; BSN is preferred. Cerner/EPIC experience is advantageous. Demonstrates leadership, teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be a Florida-licensed RN with Associate's degree in Nursing.
• BSN preferred but not required; active BLS certification.
• Experience in critical care or ED settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on data.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care.
