Job summary

Advocate Health’s Providence and Ballantyne Emergency Departments in the Charlotte area are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. The role requires a strong clinical background, active RN licensure, and certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP, and CPI.

You will contribute to patient-centered emergency care, coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license with multi-state compact or state license in the state(s) of practice.
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP, CPI certifications required.
• 2+ years of RN emergency department experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans in coordination with the care team.
