Qualifications

• RN license (state-dependent)
• BLS certification required
• Fluent in English (reading, verbal, written)
• Associate's degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle dimensions.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information and care activities accurately.
• Review and adjust care plans to improve outcomes.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic communication.
• Supervise and delegate care to team members.
• Engage in professional development and quality-improvement efforts.
• Respond to codes and stabilize patients.
