Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the night shift at our Florida facility. Eligible clinicians can earn salary increases up to 20% through the Clinical Ladder Program based on experience and advancement criteria.

You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families to promote understanding and compliance. Expect collaboration with medical staff, timely documentation, adherence to infection

Qualifications

• RN with active license and BLS CPR certification.
• Acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Clinical ladder participation and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, and social needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients/families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure infection control and safety standards.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to optimize patient care and safety.
• Respond promptly to code situations and provide stabilizing interventions.
