Job summary

Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care on the night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM).

You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, communicate changes in patient condition promptly, and support education for patients and families. The role requires CT RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS or willingness to obtain within orientation.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a Connecticut RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or obtained within orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Performs population-specific assessments and reassessments.
• Communicates patient condition and responds to changes in treatment.
• Develops and revises care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains patient safety and accurate documentation of care.
