River Edge Behavioral Health Center in Macon, GA is seeking a Full-time Health Service Technician for the Adult Crisis unit. You will listen to clients, monitor behavior, and support comfort and safety while assisting in social activities and daily living skills.

The role includes night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, with required weekend work every other weekend. Benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year working with behavioral health clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors vital signs and communicates findings to nursing staff.
• Assists with personal hygiene tasks (bathing, grooming, shaving, dressing).
• Prepares clients for medical treatments or examinations as directed.
• Facilitates recreational and social activities for clients.
• Observes and documents patient data, behavior, and activities.
• Ensures the safety and security of clients.
