Qualifications

• Minimum of two years nursing experience in behavioral/psychiatric or related clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments on admission to the stabilization center.
• Administer treatments and medications as ordered under supervision.
• Monitor vital signs and perform rapid laboratory health tests (CLIA waived).
• Collaborate with medical providers and assist with documentation and incident reporting.
