Job summary

Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Needham, MA, is hiring an RN for night shifts (11 PM–7 AM). The role offers full-time and part-time options with daily pay and competitive shift differentials.

You will deliver skilled nursing care, follow care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality resident care in a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term facility.

Qualifications

• MA RN/LPN license (active, unencumbered)
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
