Job summary

Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Needham, MA is seeking a dedicated RN for the night shift. This 120-bed facility offers full-time and part-time opportunities with daily pay and shift differentials for overnight hours.

The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor residents, administer medications, and work with an interdisciplinary team to uphold high-quality, resident-centered care according to individualized care plans and facility standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in MA required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing standards and care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
