Job summary

Qualifications

• Education - Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Experience - One (1) year experience as a registered nurse.
• In lieu of Associate degree in nursing, will accept nursing diploma with licensure to practice as an RN.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and completes nursing assessment using appropriate standards and tools.
• Develops individual plan of care in collaboration with patient/family and interprofessional team.
• Updates the plan based on patient condition and communicates changes to the team.
• Delivers direct care per established nursing plan and supervises delegated tasks.

Education

Associate degree in Nursing

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
