Night shift, strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and shared governance. Responsibilities include nursing process, patient-centered care across diverse populations, collaboration with patients and families, adherence to standards of care, documentation, and participation in performance improvement.

Competenze

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
• RN licensure required; GA state license or multi-state compact accepted.
• All certifications required upon hire unless stated otherwise.
• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred.
