As an RN, you will provide and oversee direct resident care in a skilled nursing setting, administer meds, monitor conditions, update care plans, supervise CNAs, collaborate with the care team, and maintain accurate documentation while

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct resident care in a skilled nursing setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Develop and update resident care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff during shift.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and compliance standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
