Job summary

St. Mary's General Hospital in Passaic, NJ, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver safe patient care as part of a fast-paced acute care team.

The RN will perform assessments, care planning, implementation and evaluation while guiding patient education and coordinating with other nursing staff during nights. Qualifications include an active RN license in New Jersey, BCLS on hire, and NRP within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the State.
• BCLS upon hire and maintain current.
• NRP within 30 days of hire and maintain current

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
