Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• BLS certification required or equivalent.
• Experience with patient-centered care and interdisciplinary teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians and other health professionals.
• Document care and outcomes accurately in the EMR system.
• Uphold professional standards and participate in performance improvement.
