Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia. The role involves direct patient care, coordination with the patient care team, and participation in governance and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications include Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma, RN license (or multi-state compact as applicable) and current BLS. This is a full-time night position with a 36-hour weekly schedule and a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates patient conditions and contributes to the care plan.
• Delivers and documents care per plan, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.
• Communicates care plans with the patient, family, and care team.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives and professional development.
• Mentors and precepts nursing staff, upholding governance and professional standards.
