Qualifications

• RN license (MI) required or in process
• Bachelor's degree not required but helpful for GN transition
• BLS required upon hire/transfer; ACLS/TNCC/ENPC as per policy
• External candidates must have acute care experience and pass a competency assessment

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process
• Triage and treat emergency patients, document interventions
• Coordinate with physicians, mid-level providers, and foot staff to ensure patient safety and outcomes
• Educate patients and families, discharge planning and follow-up guidance
