Endeavor Health requires a registered nurse with a strong background in critical care to join our Edward Hospital units in Naperville, IL. Flexible day/night Weekender shifts, with full-time and part-time opportunities. We value critical thinking and patient-centered care, and offer pathways for BSN completion if needed.

Candidates must hold IL RN licensure, CPR, and ACLS within six months. Expect premium pay, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits as part of our nursing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher required.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure required.
• CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross required.
• ACLS within six months of start date.
• 2-5 years of RN critical care experience required.
• If ADN is highest degree, BSN must be completed within five years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care per Illinois RN Act and hospital policies.
• Assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, and records observations.
• Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff.
• Functions as a team member to meet unit goals; duties may vary by unit/shift.
