Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across multiple domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following orders.

• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure safe, effective care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to code situations.
