Wellstar Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Acute Care – Cardiac Telemetry on a full-time night shift. The RN will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care in a Wellstar-administered clinical setting.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, providing patient-centered care, and ensuring documentation and collaboration across care teams, under Wellstar governance and standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as RN in Georgia.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience in direct patient care.
• Competence in evidence-based nursing and clinical practice.

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
