You will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering safe, compassionate care and supporting patient families throughout the night. The RN will use evidence-based practice, coordinate care, and participate in shared governance, continuing professional development, and precepting newer staff in a high‑reliability health system.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license required; BLS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience.
• Strong English language skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with evidence-based practice and ensure individualized patient care.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care across diverse populations.
• Collaborate with patients and families using appropriate communication methods.
