Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH seeks an RN to independently plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care on a 47-bed cardiovascular unit. The role involves teaching, leadership, and participating in quality improvement with minimal supervision.

You will work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity setting, coordinating care with physicians and the inter-professional team to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care and family education.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or APRN in Florida.
• BLS certification required from Red Cross or AHA.
• RN Residency Program for new grads.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develops plan to attain expected outcomes.
• Implements plan of care and medical plan of care as appropriate.
• Coordinates care delivery.
• Educates patients to promote health and safety.
• Evaluates progress toward outcomes.
