Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida with active license.
• BLS certification from Red Cross or AHA.
• Participation in RN Residency Program for new grads.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care using standards and procedures.
• Provides direct nursing care to patients and supports teaching and leadership.
• Collaborates with inter-professional team to coordinate care.
• Promotes health and safety through patient teaching.
• Maintains ethical practice and participates in quality improvement.
