Job summary

The Registered Nurse at NCH Healthcare System independently plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care in patient care situations. Provides direct nursing care, assumes teaching and leadership responsibilities, and participates in shared decision making and quality improvement activities.

Requires minimal supervision. Position is full-time on the 12 Hour Night schedule in the 6 North Cardiothoracic Surgical Step-Down unit, located at 350 7th Street North, Naples, FL.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida.
• BLS certification from Red Cross or AMA/ACLSP.
• RN Residency Program available for new to practice RNs.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows.

Responsibilities
