McLaren Health Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the 3 South Cardiac Step Down unit in Michigan. The RN delivers quality care using the nursing process and collaborates with the healthcare team to maintain professional standards.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and ensuring patient-centered care. A MI RN license and BLS are required, with a Bachelor’s and ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• ACLS certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development.
