WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital is seeking an RN for inpatient care to provide professional nursing in a hospital setting. The role involves applying nursing processes, patient assessment, education, and collaboration with the care team, with emphasis on safety and quality outcomes.

Minimum qualifications include an active RN license and BLS; BSN is preferred. The position requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work night shifts in an on-site hospital

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates safety and continuity of care using documentation and handoff tools.
• Creates and revises Plan of Care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnoses, interventions, evaluation).
• Identifies patient safety concerns and uses appropriate resources.
• Provides education tailored to each patient's learning needs.
• Incorporates patient individuality and mutuality in care delivery.
• Complete thorough patient assessments and documentation.
• Uses teach-back to verify understanding of education.
• Applies Evidence-Based Practice in nursing care.
