Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where services are provided or a multi-state license via eNLC.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Less than 12 months of RN experience.

• Demonstrates safe, continuous patient care with documentation and handoff tools.
• Creates plan of care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnoses, intervention, and evaluation of outcomes.
• Recognizes patient safety concerns using appropriate resources.

• Performs thorough patient assessments and documentation.
