Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or multi-state license via eNLC.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safety and continuity of care using documentation and handoff tools.
• Develops plan of care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnoses, intervention, evaluation.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and accurate documentation.
• Provides patient and family education tailored to learning needs.
• Maintains accountability for delegated nursing care and collaborates with the interprofessional team.
