Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, continuous patient care using the nursing process and documentation.
• Creates and updates care plans including assessment, diagnoses, interventions, and evaluation of outcomes.
• Recognizes patient safety concerns and uses appropriate resources.
• Delivers patient education based on learning needs and patient individuality.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and accurate documentation.
• Utilizes evidence‑based practice in nursing care and participates in patient‑centered care models.
