Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process to deliver safe, high‑quality patient outcomes.
• Create and update care plans with assessment, diagnosis, intervention and evaluation.
• Identify patient safety concerns and communicate with the care team.
• Deliver education tailored to each patient’s learning needs and development level.
• Document problems and plan timely, accurate care plans; support junior staff as needed.
