Responsibilities

• Create and evaluate the plan of care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnoses, interventions, outcomes).
• Identify patient safety concerns and escalate appropriately.
• Provide patient education tailored to learning needs.
• Incorporate patient individuality into care delivery.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessment and accurate documentation.
• Use teach-back method to confirm understanding of education.
• Apply Evidence‑Based Practice in nursing care.
