Job summary

Qualifications

• BSL certification (Basic Life Support) within 30 days of hire date.
• Less than 12 months of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in an inpatient hospital setting using the nursing process.
• Assess and interpret patient data to identify age-specific care needs.
• Demonstrate safety and continuity of care with documentation and handoffs.
• Develop and implement plans of care, evaluate outcomes and adjust as needed.
• Incorporate ANA code of ethics and culturally sensitive practice.
