Job summary

McLaren Health Care in Lansing, MI seeks a registered nurse to deliver nursing care in the LAN 4 E Family Birth Place. Night shift 7p–7a with a part-time schedule.

You will assess patients, plan and implement the plan of care, and supervise ancillary staff while providing patient teaching. Requires MI RN license, BLS; ACLS within six months; NRP/PALS as applicable by unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current MI RN license and BLS certification.
• ACLS within six months for critical units; NRP/PALS where required.
• Experience in a specialty area preferred; pediatric and obstetric care desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, document responses, and adjust the care plan as needed.
• Plan and implement the care plan with patient teaching and standard of care.
• Oversee ancillary personnel for technical tasks.
