• Coordinate pre-certifications and utilization reviews.
• Communicate with psychiatrists and care teams to assure coordinated care.
• Document in the electronic medical record.
• Coordinate external transfers and admissions processes.
• Support patient safety initiatives and maintain department records.
• Receive and document physician orders related to admissions and intake.
