Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care sensitive to age, culture, and individual needs.
• Partner with patients and families using bedside reports, rounds and teaching to achieve goals.
• Coordinate safe, high-quality care with accurate documentation and interprofessional communication.
• Support performance improvement and shared governance initiatives across the care team.
