Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)

Responsibilities

• Assesses plans, organizes, performs, and evaluates nursing activities to meet patient needs.
• Promotes patient and family adaptive responses to achieve high-quality care.
• Coordinates patient care with inter-disciplinary team and supports discharge planning.
• Provides direct patient care including treatments and medications per policy.
• Evaluates nursing interventions and revises plans based on patient response.
