Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Basic Life Support certification and PA RN license are required as listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans, organize, perform, and evaluate nursing activities for patient needs.
• Promote safety and maximize patient satisfaction through compassionate care.
• Coordinate patient care with staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments and medications per policy.
• Evaluate effectiveness of interventions and revise care plans as needed.
• Participate in unit-based decision making and quality/safety initiatives.
