• Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care per unit standards.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure safety and quality in patient care and improve patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
• Addresses physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate care and discharge planning.
