North Memorial Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Stepdown/Medical Surgical and Trauma Unit in Minnesota. The RN will provide holistic care, coordinate with care teams, and implement nursing plans across neonatal to geriatric patients.

The role emphasizes leadership, evidence-based nursing practices, and adherence to standards. Nursing licensure in Minnesota and BLS/NRP/TNCC/ACLS are required or preferred depending on unit assignments.

Qualifications

• Leadership, verbal and written communication skills required for nursing practice.
• Knowledge of nursing ethics and professional standards.
• RN licensure and ongoing certifications required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care across life stages in assigned unit.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care to ensure quality outcomes.
