Job summary
Hidden Creek Recovery & Retreat is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the overnight clinical team in a residential adolescent behavioral health setting. The RN will manage medications, perform health assessments, and support a multidisciplinary team caring for youth ages 11–17 with complex mental health needs.
The role emphasizes crisis management, clinical judgment, and compassionate care, with shifts 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia or Compact State eligibility.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association).
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor effectiveness, side effects, and adverse reactions.
- Complete daily vital signs and ongoing nursing assessments.
- Conduct weekly nursing evaluations and document findings.
- Observe and assess changes in physical or mental health status.
- Collaborate with the treatment team and participate in planning.
- Provide routine nursing care with emphasis on patient safety.
